Description:
Rounding error in Calc when calculating times in Libreoffice 6.2.0.
Example: 08:00 - 07:52 = 00:07
Must be 00:08.

Steps to Reproduce:
calculate time 08:00 - 07:52

Actual Results:
00:07

Expected Results:
00:08


Reproducible: Always
