Description:
When the attached xlsx gets opened in LO the text inside the shape gets flipped and goes ot of the shape’s bound.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the attached xlsx in LO and MSO.
    2. Notice the difference in LO.

Actual Results:
The text is upside down and goes outside of the shape.


Expected Results:
It should be like it was in MSO.


Reproducible: Always

It seems, that the flipV attribute is not evaluated.
