Menu "Data/Pivot Table/Create..." has an option to create a 
pivot table on a new sheet.

This option is not implemented for:
- Data/More Filters/Standard Filter...
- Data/Sort...

Even if can be done easily (create a new sheet and set up in the filter as destination), maybe in some situations it's useful and quicker.
