Demo document (tablebug.odt)

Please open the attached demo file and try to select the word "discussion".  It appears to be impossible to do so.

If you double-click on the word "discussion", some other word in the line above is selected.  It is as if LO is unaware that the second line is showing.

This table had some over-long text pasted into the left cell.  The text was changed to use a smaller font and now it fits (with line wrapping).  But it can't be edited.

I can't reproduce it in

CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; 
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US

As you can see, A1 has a red arrow indicating the content is not completely visible. Make the table slightly bigger allow us to select discussion.
