Description Jan Spaens 2019-03-12 18:11:01 UTC
Description:
Greetings. No matter what I try, no installation possible. I followed your advice (Dowloaded the old version, went to Microsoft to solve installation/removal problems) at no avail. I executed a RegEdit to look for any traces of Libreoffice and removed them, performed a text search on the installation drive with the same goal. When I try to install the latest version I am informed that the old version (6.2.1.2) cannot be removed. Result: NO Libreoffice on this system and, it is badly needed.
Sure hope you can help me out here - Best regards, Jan (>40 y programming behind the belt)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.MSI previous installation not available
2.Manually remove old version
3.Manually cleanup manually the
4.Execute CCleaner registry cleaner

Actual Results:
No Libreoffice installed, new version refuses to continue installation

Expected Results:
Offer a option to overrule this blockage and install anyway (forced install)

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
If you want me to fiddle around in the registry, no problem. I have been there and seen quite a bit of it.
