Description:
Inserting some of the drawing shapes in the iOS app leads to an empty drawing. For example the square shape.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a document in the iOS app
2. Insert a square from the "drawing shape" collection

Actual Results:
A square should be added to the document.

Expected Results:
An "empty" drawing is added.

First I add a shape which works, the second one is one that doesn' work (square).

Confirmed with version 0.1 (22).
Seems to work fine in normal online.
