The install file is very hard to download and when it finally downloads, the MSI file is corrupt. A popup window is generated during install indicating that files are missing from the source media. Downloaded and attempted the install several times with same results every time.

We're aware of this problem and the damage files are already replaced ( although I might take a while until the mirror get updated ) For the time being, you can get the correct file from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/?C=S&O=D.
