Don't forget to delete first PDF without Redaction Nope. You don't need to do it like this. You have the "Redact" command in Writer and Calc (and soon to come to Impress also). You will not have an intermediate PDF. You can find the Redact command in the Customize dialog, and add it to any menu you like. (It will also probably land in the Tools menu soon by default.)
