Description:
Firefox theme integration doesn't check for internet connectivity at first and then displays unexpected outputs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools -> Options -> Libreoffice -> Personlisation
2. Click Select Theme buttom.
3. Search for a valid theme without internet connectivity. 


Actual Results:
No theme found. 

Expected Results:
No internet Connectivity.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I believe the plan going forward is to drop the connectivity feature and just ship a curated collection of themes.

I guess we can close this as a dupe of bug 123228.
Anyway, I buovjaga said, the long term plan is to drop this feature...
