Description A.K. 2019-03-28 17:45:37 UTC
Description:
While writing formulas in calc it would be better if pressing tab automatically completes the formula just like WPS, excel. While writing formulas a list will be very helpful to see the available formulas.

I would like this feature, too.

See description about this feature in Excel:

FYI

https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/how-to-view-a-list-of-available-formulas-on-calc/51707

Available functions should be shown in a dropdown list, which is easier to navigate and discover new functions.

For instance, try searching form =NORM* functions (related to the normal distribution). They have weird names and are hard to remember. A dropdown list would make it much easier to search through the available formulas.

The current implementation uses Ctrl+Tab to navigate the available functions. Not intuitive at all.
