Description:
Images without an extension are not shown in the insert Dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the above image.
2. Open LO -> Insert -> Image

Actual Results:
The above image is not shown in the dialog.

Expected Results:
The image should be shown in the dialog


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

It might be the condition that dialog is searching for files of specified extension, but files should be judged be file-type and not on the  basis of extensions.

Confirming the behavior, but this is not a bug. We do not parse "magic numbers" nor do any file analysis that the os/DE does not support in its file manager.

Probably should be duped to bug 35147
