Ok. I checked now... I think the problem is not about export, it is about what is define to be printed or preview or exported... To change that select all cells that need to be printed/preview/exported and go to Format - Print Ranges - Define. Thats the way to tell your sheet what to print. Please test this and come back with an answer.

Defining the print range .. worked. I am puzzled as to why the cells than show as empty but the frame of the table shows up well. if the frame shows up shouldn't the cells also be in the print range?
Preview doesn't see the last 2 rows. That's all. With Define... you included that rows also.
