Description:
I click on the file name, but the file does not open.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Clicking on file name to open
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Remains closed

Expected Results:
Open the file


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Just tried to write a test file, close it, and tyhen reopen.
Cannot be opened either.
