Description:
In the new version of LibreOffice, when I try to write the "Apostrophe" ('), it appears the › sign. I'm using the Swiss french keyboard layout on linux mint 19.1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Libre Office Writer, with the swiss french keyboard layout. 
2.Try to write the apostrophe (')
3.Result: it appears the › sign.

Actual Results:

What is displaying as set in the Tools -> AutoCorrect -> AutoCorrect Options dialog on the "Localized Options" tab? Is the "Single Quotes" set to be replaced, and with what character?

See bug 116330 or as duplicate bug 116062 where autocorrect behavior for apostrophe replacement of guillemets was rolled back--so keyboard apostrophe should receive the typographic 

If your lolcale is fr-CH, you may just need profile reset to pick up the correct defaults. Alternatively, you can disable the replacement of single quote, or use a specific glyph (e.g. the ’ U+2019 RIGHT SINGLE QUOTATION MARK).
