Description:
After the initial install questions, installer sits there forever. Not frozen, cam cancel it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Dbl click installer (LibreOffice_6.2.3_Win_x64.msi)
2. Answer options with defaults 
3. Begin install
4. just sits there
5. not frozen, can cancel

Actual Results:
Just sits there at 5-8%

Expected Results:
to finish install


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Attachment is a Zip file, but renamed 
libreoffice-install.doc
Rename it 
libreoffice-install.zip

The .doc file seems to be corrupted. Could you please re-uploaded it ?

The .doc is actually .zip, which was created by OP for uploading to AskLibO (renamed to .doc because of AskLibO limitation to not accept .zip).

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
