A pivot table with a field both in Row Fields and Data Fields

Saving attachment as XLSX, and opening in Excel, produces a warning, after which the pivot table gets repaired.

Tested with master (in 6.2.3.2, the table gets removed after the warning).

It will be available in 6.3.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
