Description:
DRAW. Page number doesn't show in margin if page number was inserted in master view mode

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Select View->Master
3. Select Insert->Page number
4. Move text box with <number> into bottom margin
5. Select View->Normal
6. Page number doesn't show on page!
7. Select View->Master
8. Move text box with <number> to inside of page (out of margin)
9. Select View->Normal
10. Page number shows

Actual Results:
Page number doesn't show in margin if page number was inserted in master view mode

Expected Results:
Page number shows in margin if page number was inserted in master view mode


Reproducible: Always

It's not just page number. nothing shows (text or draw) from master on the margin.
