Open Tools > Options > LibreOffice > Application Colors. Notice the color on the drop-down list control is always black, regardless of the chosen color. It seems to be a certain combination or order of user settings, which produces the problem. But I could not yet identify, which settings make trouble, and cannot reliable reproduce it. I have started without profile after unpacking program itself and English and German language pack. My usual settings are: Enter user name and email, set macro security to Medium, set UI to English(USA), local to Germany and default document language to English. In Advanced: select JRE, enable macro recording. In Expert Configuration: set PrettyPrinting to True, enter a new string in ooname to make this version distinguish in the UI from other versions. So I will set it to WorksforMe for now.
