Power Point presentation that doesn't import well

We have a PPT presentation which has issue when importing in to LO

It's quite large so don't know if I will be able to upload it.

If I can then the slides in question are 20, 24 and 26. In these slides there are boxes which should be connected by lines and text which should be connected by lines.

In the current release version, 6.2.4, on one PC the lines are all over the place in both slides, while on another PC slide 20 renders correctly! Some of the text is upside down in slide 26

In 6.4 Master slide 20 renders correctly but the lines are still all over the place in slide 24. Again, some of the text is upside down in slide 26.

Attempting to edit the upside down text in slide 26 results in a text entry box which is one column wide running down the length of the text.

Original Power Point doc
Comment 12 Owen Savill 2019-06-06 13:37:22 UTC
Please disregard my comment about rendering correctly on one PC and not another. I hadn't realised that the document had been edited with an extra slide inserted and images updated. This is also why in a previous comment I said it should have been slide 20 not 21. In the original document it was slide 20 but in the revised one its slide 21.

Sad really but at that point they gave up and went back to Power Point.

Thank you for reporting the bug.
Those are smartarts which are being improved recently.
Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
Comment 14 Xisco Faulí 2019-06-06 15:49:22 UTC
OTOH, please report each problem in a different bug, otherwise it's difficult to track them
Comment 15 Owen Savill 2019-06-06 16:42:19 UTC
I think these are basically all the same problem. Somethings up with PowerPoint art import.

The version of 6.4 was pulled and built this morning.

AS you can see in my screenshot, problem on slide 21 is fixed. Please, report the other problem in separate reports...

Please be aware that between the "Original Power Point doc" and "Power Point presentation that doesn't import well" and extra slide was inserted and slide 20 / 21 was fixed. For slide 21 you need to look at slide 20 in "Original Power Point doc" attachment.

Hi Owen,
As said, please report each problem in a different bug, and please, keep it simple. This bug has 2 files attached and 8 screenshots which make it difficult to triage.
Thanks

I did that this morning. This bug has been closed, by you, as WORKSFORME. Please refer to my bug reports from this morning.
