Description:
The open file dialog from the local file system displays only the first 9 directories. Therefore, currently it cannot be used

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open local file system 
2.
3.

Actual Results:
You see only 9 directories

Expected Results:
be possible to scroll down 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

The highest version available on Google Play Store for Pixel 2 with Android 8 is 6.1.0.0.alpha0+/484d0ea842da

Unfortunately true, but it is planned to release a newer version in the future.
Until that has happened, you can download APK files generated daily from [1]  and install them manually.

Closing this as a duplicate of bug 120459, which describes the same issue, but it seems that's solved now...
