Description:
Attachment 152283 [details] is a DOC file with background image, but the background image failed to load in Writer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download attachment 152283 [details]
2. Open with Writer

Actual Results:
The pages looks as in white background

Expected Results:
The pages should be seeing a hand in the background


Reproducible: Always
