Description: Upon attempted ver. 6.2.4.2 installation (Windows 8.1), an error message says that I should login as Administrator, which I already have. All User Groups have Full Control. There is no option to Run as Administrator. Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program. The installation cannot continue. Logon as administrator or contact your system administrator. Is Quickstarter enabled (Tools -> Options -> General)? Uncheck it. Do you have running soffice.bin processes? If so, kill them. Reboot if need be. Try again. Any better?
Problem was resolved by restarting the pc, then performing the install; presumably because the prior version was uninstalled, which required the reboot for completion.
