Description:
Upon attempted ver. 6.2.4.2 installation (Windows 8.1), an error message says that I should login as Administrator, which I already have.  All User Groups have Full Control.  There is no option to Run as Administrator.

Error 1303. The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program.  The installation cannot continue. Logon as administrator or contact your system administrator.

C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\Application Software\LibreOffice_6.2.4_Win_x64.msi

Steps to Reproduce:
1. double click the installation file, or right click and select open, or try to run from command Admin prompt.
2.  answer yes at security prompt
3. answer yes to install

Actual Results:
Error message appears as stated at Description, above.

Expected Results:
I expected the program installation to be completed.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Is Quickstarter enabled (Tools -> Options -> General)? Uncheck it.

Do you have running soffice.bin processes? If so, kill them. Reboot if need be.

Try again. Any better?

Problem was resolved by restarting the pc, then performing the install; presumably because the prior version was uninstalled, which required the reboot for completion.
