Description xordevoreaux 2019-06-26 00:18:13 UTC
Description:
In Draw, I convert certain text objects (Shape-->Convert). In 6.2.4.2, this worked fine when exporting, but in 6.3.2 alpha 2, the converted shapes inappropriately render the outlines as black, even when the outlined shapes have their line set to NONE or to a color matching the text.
See the attached Draw file and the exported PNG that created it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Type text into a text box and change the color of the text to other than black.
3. Convert the text to a shape (Shape--> Convert)
4. Select polygon, curve, or contour (the result is the same regardless)
5. Select File, Export
6. Choose any graphical output format other than windows metafile (PING, GIF, TIFF)

Actual Results:
The output clearly shows black outlines on a shape where no black outlines existed in the ODT document (because we set our text color to something other than black when converting).

Expected Results:
The output should reflect the formatting for the text that we converted to a shape with no ugly black jagged outline.

Reproducible: Always

Additional Info:
6.2.4.2 does not have this bug. I am not using OpenGL.

I've been saying "ODT" throughout but I meant "ODG"
Comment 4 xordevoreaux 2019-07-10 04:08:41 UTC
Still happens in 6.3 RC1.
Unfortunate, means I'll need to install an older version until this is fixed.

I turned off OpenGL and it's fine now.
