1. Open Draw
2. Draw a shape and type something to it, do not leave edit mode
3. Copy something from an external application
4. Try to paste in the text box

It pastes the existing text box contents instead of the new text.

Trying various steps, it seems to fail most reliably, when you try to paste while having some text selected in the text box.

No problem with 4.3.0.

I will try to bibisect later.

cut and paste can happen when the EditView isn't in a vcl::Window

Best way to repro

1. Open Draw
2. Draw a shape and type something to it, deselect the shape
3. Copy something from an external application
4. Focus into the text in the shape and select the text
5. Paste
