Description:
Push button flickering continuously. Unable to click other cells

My version
Version: 6.3.0.2 (x86)
Build ID: 728469fa359ba8c83d812146293a0b0aa53945ba
CPU threads: 6; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: en-IN (en_IN); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create some text. 
2.create one push button
3.change design mode
4. Push button start flickering. unable see cursor positioning further


Actual Results:
Push button flickering continuously. Unable to click other cells

Expected Results:
no flickering


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

screen recording is slow.but it flickering too fast.
