Empty custom properties

I tried to change custom properties from old documents saved with the 6.2 release but the box is empty.
The properties are correctly displayed in the document but it's not possibile to add a new one.

Version: 6.3.0.4 (x64)
Build ID: 057fc023c990d676a43019934386b85b21a9ee99
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: 

attached file has been created and saved with LO 6.2.5.2, custom properies are editable with LO 6.3.0.4
