Description:
I want to show only my custom toolbar, after I created it and make it visible I close all other toolbars wich randomly reappear, (a way to trigger them appearing again is Window > new window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close toolbars
2.leave only a custom toolbar visible
3.Wait or... Menu :  Window  > new window

Actual Results:
default toolbars reappear visible

Expected Results:
only kept selected toolbars visible


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I think the formatting toolbar only reappears when you close it via the context menu (right click on toolbar close toolbar)


I tried via menu and it doesn't come back so far.
