This is an URL referencing "IFNA" spreadsheet function on "Information Functions" help page; it uses its "bm_id31536851" name. But following the hyperlink, the IFNA heading, and the first line of its description, are behind the topmost green band with LibreOffice logo, "Module V" and "Language V" controls, Google Custom Search, and "Please support us!" button (see screenshot, where I applied the hidden parts above the band to make it obvious what happens).
