Description:
It's not possible to compile Libreoffice on Wayland, without installing libx11 libraries, even though Libreoffice works on Wayland after setting GUI to GTK3.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to build without X11 on Wayland --without-x


Actual Results:
Error from configure script, asking to disable gui.

Expected Results:
Should compile without any libX11 libraries.


Reproducible: Always
