Description chrisonbug 2019-08-21 06:48:27 UTC
Description:
Just upgraded to LO 6.3 and some of my .ods files are now unusable. The bug relates to scrollbars I have inserted into the sheet. Sheets without them work fine, but those with scroll bars:
- mouse wheel cannot scroll window up/down
- selected cell is not shown or highlighted - they stay white and plain
- column and row highlighting still works, but thats it.

scrolling works again when activating "design mode". seems to only affect this old file, haven't recreated bug with fresh file made in 6.3

Confirmed in existing .ods files with scroll bars
Confirmed bug by opening new file and adding a scroll bar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open existing .ods file created in 6.2.x
2. open sheet with form controls

Actual Results:
scroll not working
cannot see selected cell

Expected Results:
normal function, mouse wheel scroll, able to see which cell I click on or tab / arrow-key

Reproducible: Always

Scroll bar bug

See attached for a file originally created in the 6.2 series version of LibreOffice. I created three scroll bars to adjust values in 3 separate cells.

Opening this file in version 6.3 looks fine at first glance, but if you use the cursors to move selected cell around, you will see that the row and columns get highlighted correctly, but the cell itself is not. (should be marked with black bold box around, but isnt)

Deleting the three scroll bars fixed the issue.
