Before filing a bug and distracting attention of overloaded developers, make sure this is not a mishandling of Writer, i.e. it can be corrected by an appropriate procedure (user error in using Writer).

sorry can u help me, I restarted to see if it goes away, it didn't seems to work.
So can u elaborate it more? "user error in using Writer"? What this means?

To developers: I closed the "bug" since it is a spurious activation of "Track changes" feature
