Description:
Toggling the scroll lock is not being properly detected while "calc" window is selected.
If the user switches to other window and then comes back to "calc", the scroll lock is detected properly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure scroll lock is not activated
2. press the scroll lock button in a physical keyboard
3. navigate using the arrow keys
4. switch to other window
5. come back to the original "calc window"
6. navigate using the arrow keys
7. press the scroll lock button in a physical keyboard
8. navigate using the arrow keys
9. switch to other window
10. come back to the original "calc window"
11. navigate using the arrow keys

Actual Results:
3. scroll lock is detected as not activated
6. scroll lock is detected as activated
8. scroll lock is detected as activated
11. scroll lock is detected as not activated

Expected Results:
3. scroll lock is expected to be detected as activated (not as expected)
6. scroll lock is expected to be detected as activated (as expected)
8. scroll lock is expected to be detected as not activated (not as expected)
11. scroll lock is expected to be detected as not activated (as expected)

I use the on-screen keyboard to show that scroll lock is toggled on and off by windows but not recognized by calc.
• After selecting any other window and coming back calc detects if scroll lock is toggled on or off.  However while toggling inside the app doesn't recognize the change in toggle.

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
