TMV formula Bug

Dear Sir,

While using Libre office. I noticed that the in the formula for TVM calculation begin mod & end mode description is wrong. Because, if the payment starting immediately from now (today), the mod is set as begin mode because it starts at time 0 or T0 if we draw a timeline for the same & if the payment starting after 1 month or at the end of the 6 months or year or years; then the mod is set as end mode.

please refer the image I have attached & check the link which has TMV calculation rules.
