Description Martin 2019-08-23 15:40:10 UTC
Description:
Cant´t digitally sign any document (calc, writer...) under Windows 7 x64 and Windows 10 x64 using any new LibreOffice versions since 6.2.x with a high security digital signature (e-Token).
Last working version was 6.1.6.3 x64 (didn´t try x86). Since that one, i wasn´t able to digitally sign any document, so i had to go back to 6.1.6.3 version.
Tested all new LibreOffice versions from 6.2.x including 6.3.x (x86 and x64 versions) under Windows 7 x64 and windows 10 x64
I press the "Digital Signatures", then the "Sign document" button. The "Choose Certificate" windows pops up and allow me to choose my certificate, but when i press the "Sign" button the "digital signatures" window comes back blank, it doesn´t ask for my signature password.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open up "File" menu
2.Press "Digital Signatures" button
3.Press "Sign document" button
4.Select my digital signature certificate from the list
5.Press "Sign" button

Actual Results:
Nothing happens, the "Digital signatures" windows comes back blank, without my digital signature certificate.

Expected Results:
At point 5 should pop up a window asking for my digital signature certificate "Password"... it never happens
Then return to "Digital Signatures" windows with my signature applied

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I tryed at 2 different PCs one with windows 10 x64 and the other using Windows 7 x64. At both PC's version 6.1.6.3 works fine (had to reinstall that one).

Comment 5 Martin 2019-12-11 12:39:14 UTC
Tested all versions since 6.2, even yesterdays 6.3.4.2(12/10/2019)and 6.4 beta1 under Windows 7 pro x64 and Windos 10 pro x64.
Bug is still present. Using a high security digital signature (e-Token)can´t apply my digital signature to any document.
Popup window asking for digital signature password never shows. The document is marked as signed (document icon) but signature is not present.
Te e-Token model is a PRO 72k (java) from Sitepro using the SafeNet Driver software. Also tryed with a SafeNet eToken 5110 (new model).
Thx!

Why would you think that "e-Token model is a PRO 72k (java) from Sitepro using the SafeNet Driver software" would work?
LO can sign ODF (X.509 and GPG/OpenPGP) and PDF (just X.509).

This bug was in Needinfo without response.
We don't have confirmation that LO should work with this e-Token, which doesn't seem to use X.509.

I'll close the bug .
If you find it wrong, please explain and set Unconfirmed.
