Two sample files to open, with 2 screenshots showing stall

1) Open one file in Writer 
2) Open a 2nd file
3) While the 2nd file is still loading, choose Save As in first file

Result:

File 2 stops loading.

Until the Save As panel of doc 1 is closed, loading of File 2 is blocked.

I can't open Save As dialog until 2nd file is open.

This was on Linux.

Maybe Windows blocks more?

Reproducible with LibreOffice 6.3.3.0+ under Ubuntu 18.04 x86-64.

That said I am not sure that this behavior should be view as a bug.

Since windows blocks it, let's turn this into an enhancement for linux...
