Description:
This function: https://help.libreoffice.org/Common/Move_Menu

'Tools - Customize - Menu tab, click Menu - Move' does not work.

I can move menus, but after clicking OK the changes are not applied but reset.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 'Tools - Customize'
2. Go to 'Menu tab'
3. Click the 'gearwheel button'
4. Select 'Move'
5. Move something
6. Press 'OK'
7. Press 'OK' in 'Customize'

Actual Results:
No changes were made to menu order.

Expected Results:
The menu items should be in the selected order.

To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

While filing this bug report there was a checkbox "Did you try resetting your UserProfile?", which I checked, hence I did not mention it in the text.

So yes, I have tried resetting my user profile and that did not change anything.

I have clean installed 6.2.6.2 and the problem remains. When I install 6.3.0.4 the bug is fixed.
