Description:
When I starting a spreadsheet with macros the button in the sheet are flickering and the pop-up windows are without description and buttons (exemple the to save info window).

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a File with a macro
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Flickering buttons.


Expected Results:
In the attachment gifs with the symptoms


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
