I try to ctr-A and change font of the whole document, however not all text was change. Especially the list (a. b. c. d.) still unchange, I have to change line by line. My document is a MCQ test paper, english only and use only one font.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. ctr-A
2. change the fonts

Actual Results:
Only paragraph font has been change, but the list (a. b. c. d.) still unchange.

Expected Results:

Further observation: Font size can be changed, so I would expect that font cna also be changed, because normally font of list number should be in line with font of the list.

In order for this to do what you want, you would have to stop using a character style (which specifies a font) on the numbering. (Format - Bullets and Numbering - Customize - Character Style = None) or (Character Styles - "Numbering Symbols" Reset to Parent)

When numbering is no longer based on a style (or the style doesn't specify that trait), it takes its formatting from the contents of the list (applied to the whole paragraph. See bug 131785.
