WritingModeAllText90°_plus_Insets.pptx to reproduce the error

Open attached document and save a copy in pptx format. Open the copy. Notice, that the position of the text "P" is wrong.

Reason is, that the export not only writes the attribute vert="vert" but in addition it writes a rot="540000" (=90° rotation) and makes a rotate-shift of the insets.
