LibreOffice (no tooltips)

LibreOffice doesn't have tooltips on white spaces between pages (libreoffice-no-tooltips.png). MS Office 2003 has them (ms-office-2003-tooltips-1.png, ms-office-2003-tooltips-2.png). Is it possible to add them?
