Description:
auto connect endpoint of lines to another endpoint of line when the two points are very close. Also connect end point in grid.

Project already implements snapping for point of draw objects. 

Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice Draw -> Grid in the 'Snap' controls:

Simply enable the 'To object points' check box, and adjust the 'Snap range' from its default 5px as preferred.
