Description:
Insert menu does not offer Names / Create, only Named Range / Paste.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Calc
2.Insert
3.

Actual Results:
Could not name a single-cell range.

Expected Results:
Used to be no problem!


Reproducible: Always

Some version ago it is in Menu/Sheet/Named Ranges and Expressions
