Subject pane under my Task bar . I clicked a cell and wanted to do "FORMAT CELL" (again in the really bad borders drawing feature. drop down Menu opens up but I can only see down to the "INSERT COMMENT". THE "FORMAT CELL" section in under my task bar and cannot be selected. THis is critical and really dead stop my work, cannot click FORMAT CELL for every cell that is on the bottom on my worksheet. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'.
