I couldn't reproduce with Version: 7.3.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 74d35e143d557a7e65c4443f5b80cb9d406b1fa1 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL because there is no field shading when adding a hyperlink and I can't add a field to a comment.
Add a comment, enter www.libreoffice.org, and press space or enter. It becomes highlighted depending on whether field shading is on/off - and never switches this highlighting on/off later. Yes, still present. I've tested with Insert => Hyperlink and there in no shading at all.
