Description:
The Menubar button in the NotebookBar is, well, useless on macOS. You should remove it only on macOS.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice (any app) on macOS
2. Activate NotebookBar


Actual Results:
The menu bar button in the top-left is shown but does nothing.

Expected Results:
It shouldn't show on macOS.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Don't think that we can make the Notebookbars application specific. Szymon, Sumit,  shall we resolve this as WF?

I think we can do a small hack to hide that one item.
