Description: DRAW does not print in Original size but enlarges to page, when printing 2 pages on 1 paper page Steps to Reproduce: 1. DRAW Drawing 61x91mm 2. Print: Page Layout: 2 Pages per sheet 3. (Options: Use only paper size from printer preferences Actual Results: When printing 2 pages per sheet, DRAW enlarges the drawing to bigger papersize. So i have to print 1 Pager per sheet. Also: it does not draw a frame around my drawing, which I need, because I need to cut it to small original size with a knife. Expected Results: Print 2 pages per sheet in original size (not enlarge to papersize). And draw a Frame around the drawing, so I have orientation where to cut to small original size. As i am designing a visiting card. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-US Module: DrawingDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Linux (All) OS is 64bit: no
I can confirm with Version: 6.3.3.2 (x64) Build-ID: a64200df03143b798afd1ec74a12ab50359878ed CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: win; Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE Calc: threaded a much newer release, and on Windows, so it's a general problem, the size option on the LibreOfficeDraw tab seems not to be handled correctly. But in your special case there's a workaround: draw a rectangle of your card size, without filling, to be used for cutting aut the card; then move your "card to the upper left of the printing area and copy it as many times you need to fill the paper size. This will result in even less paper waste than printing two cards on one piece of paper.
Dear tom knaffl, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. "Original size" is marked in the LibreOffice Draw tab of the Print dialog. Actual Results: When printing 2 pages per sheet, DRAW enlarges the drawing to bigger papersize. Now: it does draw a frame around the drawing. But this change again the image size. Expected Results: Print 2 pages per sheet in original size (not enlarge to papersize). "Draw a border around each page" must not change the image size.
