Spreadsheet with pivot table
change some data in the source
  pivot table is not automatically updated/refreshed
  (see bug 61793)
Save, close and reopen file
  >> pivot table still is not updated/refreshed

Having this work, would at least be a work around for mentioned bug 61793
If I'm well informed, it works like that in Excel too

Hi Cor, time ago, I reported https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89531, to get all pivot tables updated in one step, now you need to go one by one to do it, I have some macro to get it form the Aoo forum.

I'm not sure this is the right way, but maybe could be similar to what happen with external links, a warning with the option for update.
