Hi, I'm using Ubuntu 19.10 and using libreoffice version 6.3.2 (straight from iso).
Using conditional image formatting as shown in the video does not change the images and the window is frozen with errors.

Yes, this is already reported in bug 127416 and the fix will be available in LibreOffice 6.3.3. Thanks for reporting this issue.
