The Installer of 6.3.x has high dpi issues already mentioned in Comment 10 here: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127434#c10 letter like the the "g" is cut off and the icons and text of the installer options are too small. See attachments here or in the mentioned bug report.

Like @V Stuart Foote told me, I opened a new bug for the issue.
Please explain, do you mean that Windows desktop scale at 200% or you magnify screenshot image of normal Windows scale to 200%?
Desktop scale is set 200% in Windows 10. If need any other info, just let me know ;)
Probably should check with an install of 6.3.4, rc2 was just branched, which will now contain the fix for bug 127434 and bug 126293 https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/7fca2b0113c687098cfa6a5a4a9a8e4598f61284 The missized height of the scaled check box may be setting the scaling of the line of text--and with the icon full height, may open up the text so descenders are not clipped. Please let us know...
Where can I download it? I can not find the link. Help please.
Archive of builds are here: https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ The 6.3.4.2 has not posted yet, but 6.3.4.1 is and should already have the patch.
I have some issues with this build :( 1.) the Desktop-Icon is a white "nothing", but it is diplayed right when I rightclick and click on properties. -> 6.3.4.1_Icon_is_blank -> 6.3.4.1_properties 2.) The installer seems fine to me, but there is still an issue with one page. -> 6.3.4.1_p_g_are_still_cut_off -> 6.3.4.1_this_is_fine 3.)Only some things are fine in Writer. I marked the errors. -> 6.4.3.1_Writer 4.) A new issue, also present in older versions: thefilename below the filepicture is cut off -> the grey square thing should be bigger to include the hole filename and/or the filename should be placed a bit higher. Should I create a new bug report for #4? -> 6.3.4.1_Preview_text_cut_off If you need further info of anything or I should test anthing, please let me know.

I tested 6.4.0.3 stable and there was still a line which is cut off in installer. But didn't find the time to report it here. Now I installed 6.4.1.2 and still not fixed. So please fix this issue, it makes LibreOffice look not good, which is sad for me, hope you get my intention right, it is no incrimination! I add attachments for illustration. I hope I can help you with that.
