Description:
Box 'Edit style' does not respond to invocations.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In bar menu – Help | Restart in Safe Mode ...;
2. In Style view, right-click Heading, select Modify,,, | OUtline & Numbering tab (written that way instead of "Outline[...]") | click box Edit style.

Actual Results:
Unresponsive box

Expected Results:
Responsive box


Reproducible: Always

Ricky, if you select a numbering style, it is possible (at least for me) to edit that style. Your screenshot shows, that no style is selected.
